![]() Yin Yoga allows our bodies to open and develop strength, resilience and wonder. Writing allows our minds & hearts to open and develop strength, resilience and wonder too! YinWriteYouWrite is a perfect union that encourages expansion, experimentation and reflection . As there is no judgement in yoga, so too in this writing space. With Yin Yoga we lay the foundation of openness in our bodies to let held emotions arise and release. .Like yoga, writing helps to unwind and let go of 'stuff'! This supportive practice is a great reminder to everyone, not just writers, aspiring writers, once in a blue moon writers or 'always wanted to' writers that your process toward the goal is perhaps what matters most. The hardest part is showing up. Come along and enjoy an hour and a half of indulging your senses doing Yin & Writing. In this workshop there is an opportunity to share ( although it totally voluntary). In doing so, we co-create a supportive, non judgmental environment that fosters creativity, courage, deep listening and, ultimately, community!
