WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID ABOUT JAN
I last practised yoga in my teens ... 50 years ago! It has always been in my mind to take it up again, but life and responsibilities (and lack of motivation sometimes) intervened. I'm so delighted to have now found a group so supportive of the range of abilities and disabilities that come with my aging body!

Just a quick email to say ’Thank you’ for another wonderful class today. I’m starting to notice that the stretches, breathing and stillness is steering me into a more joyful mind space. When I leave class, I feel like I’m smiling from the inside out.
